Everyone needs an estate plan. It is just that simple. You have stuff. And you have loved ones. Make sure that your loved ones are taken care of and make sure they know where your stuff should go. You can't take your stuff with you, but you will leave your loved ones to deal with all that stuff. Help them by leaving an estate plan with directions.
Estate plans are not just for a married couple with kids, although it's imperative that they have one. Estate plans are important for unmarried couples, college students, single people, single parents, in short, everyone!
Creating your estate plan doesn't have to be morbid. Your estate plan is your final way to care for those you leave behind.
